iDealz needed a single commerce platform spanning a customer mobile app, an admin back office, and a shared API — with local payment rails and reliable notifications — built to launch in the Sri Lankan market.
Our approach
Architected a TypeScript monorepo (Turborepo) that shares types and logic across the mobile, admin, and API apps.
Built native iOS and Android apps with Expo, including push and in-app notifications via Expo Push.
Integrated local card payments through Nations Trust Bank (Mastercard MPGS) alongside Cash on Delivery at checkout.
Provisioned cloud infrastructure and a full admin back office for catalog, orders, and day-to-day operations.
